ABOGADO
MARKO HENTUNEN NOMBRADO NUEVO MIEMBRO DEL CONSEJO DEL INSTITUTO DE
ARBITRAJE
El abogado Sr.
Marko Hentunen ha sido nombrado nuevo miembro del Consejo
del Instituto de Arbitraje. El nombramiento fue realizado por
la Junta
Directiva de la Cámara de Comercio de Finlandia en su
reunión del 25 de
abril de 2012.
El Sr. Hentunen se ha
desempeñado como abogado del estudio
jurídico
Castrén & Snellman desde 1989, y ha dirigido su departamento
de
Resolución de Disputas desde hace aproximadamente diez
años.

CAMBIO DE NOMBRE EN INGLÉS
A contar
de abril de 2011, el Instituto de Arbitraje ha cambiado su
nombre
en inglés a “The Arbitration Institute
of the Finland Chamber of Commerce” (anteriormente llamado ”The
Arbitration Institute of the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland”).
Las
cláusulas
recomendadas en idioma inglés han sido actualizadas, reflejando
el cambio de
nombre.
