• Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
  

• Alle Streitigkeiten, aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesem Vertrag, werden durch ein Schiedsverfahren nach der Schiedsgerichtsordnung des Schiedsgerichtsinstituts der Finnischen Zentralhandelskammer endgültig entschieden.

• Toda disputa, controversia o reclamación que derive del presente contrato o guarde relación con él, o el incumplimiento, terminación o invalidez del mismo, será finalmente resuelta mediante arbitraje conforme al Reglamento de Arbitraje del Instituto de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Finlandia.
  
  
• 凡因本合同引起的或与之相关的任何争议、纠纷或索赔，均应根据芬兰商会仲裁委员会的仲 裁规则，通过仲裁解决。
  
  此外，当事人还可约定：
