The Rules for Expedited Arbitration of the
Arbitration Institute of the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland
The
Arbitration Institute has introduced
the Rules for Expedited Arbitration. If the parties have agreed on arbitration
under the said Rules, the commercial disputes shall be resolved by one
arbitrator appointed by the Arbitration Institute. The Rules entered into force
on 1 June 2004.
